Reporting to the System Director, Facilities, the Facilities Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing hospital facilities, including NFPA codes, CMS Conditions of Participation, CDPH requirements, OSHA, HCAI (formerly OSHPD), CIHQ/TJC standards, and local AHJ mandates enterprise wide. This role serves as the subject matter expert on Environment of Care (EOC), Life Safety (LS), emergency preparedness, and facility-related compliance across all hospital, outpatient, and medical office locations. The position also includes oversight of Los Angeles City LAFD Regulation 4 testing and certifications.
