The above represents general responsibilities for the position. Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary.

Requirements

Ability to read building plans
Ability to work in a self-disciplined environment
Ability to balance multiple projects, timelines, and priorities
Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License

Construction experience preferred

Responsibilities

Assist in managing the physical inventory of furniture, fixtures, and equipment and coordinates with the accounting department
Assist with inspection of construction and installation progress
Ensure preventive maintenance and storage of facility equipment, including HVAC and office equipment
Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of all facilities
Assist in managing the lawn maintenance, including ice and snow removal at all locations
Occasional travel to Colorado Branches when necessary
