About The Position

Join Our Team as a Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator! Keep our homes and facilities safe, functional, and looking their best! We’re looking for a hands-on problem-solver who loves fixing, maintaining, and improving spaces. From routine repairs to emergency response, you’ll be the go-to person making sure everything runs smoothly.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license & basic maintenance skills
• Tech-savvy enough to track work digitally
• Reliable, independent, and safety-conscious

Nice To Haves

• vendor coordination experience
• working with youth
• bilingual skills

Responsibilities

• Handle routine maintenance & small repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, appliances, doors, locks…)
• Conduct safety checks & prevent maintenance emergencies
• Respond quickly to urgent issues
• Coordinate vendors and track work in our system
• Keep tools, supplies, and facilities organized
