The Supervisor ensures that building infrastructure, utilities, production equipment, labs, and workspaces are maintained to support medical device research and product and process development, cleanroom operations, regulated manufacturing, and employee safety. This position requires a highly organized, proactive leader who can balance urgent operational needs with long-term improvements, strengthen documentation, and institutionalize knowledge across the team.
