The Facilities Administrator will support the Department Leadership by completing a variety of tasks and assignments associated with personnel support functions for the Property Administration department. They will assist with data entry, completion of forms, filing, scheduling meetings, copy requests, and other duties as assigned. Additionally, they will be responsible for vendor scheduling, Grow technician scheduling, building and equipment maintenance scheduling, and generating building and maintenance reports.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required; Associate degree preferred.
  • 2-5 years of facilities maintenance, or related, experience required.
  • Experience with administering FM: Systems Service Orders and processes.
  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Programs including, but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Access.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize work, flexibility, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing team environment.
  • Can exercise independent, strong judgment and be self-motivated.
  • Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistance.
  • Must be able to sit/view computer monitor for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and type English.
  • Must be able to hear and use a telephone.
  • Use of computer requires repetitive keystrokes.
