Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in business or related field, or an equivalent relevant year of Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2-5 years working within similar corporate environment.
  • Experience conducting data entry and asset management.
  • Strong customer service approach and understanding of office and facilities operations.
  • Strong reasoning, high level of dependability, and collaborative work style.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivator with willingness to accept feedback and direction from others.
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to balance daily tasks, follow direction and work independently

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Facilities or Corporate Real Estate is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the first point of contact for operational requests and questions, managing the facilities helpdesk and ensuring issues are logged and directed
  • Coordinating small value purchases and supporting the maintenance of facility assets, site records and documentation
  • Supporting front of house services such as visitor management, phone call handling, inductions, mail and courier services and access control when required
  • Helping to administer the Facilities Workplace Service platform, including requests, desk and meeting room bookings and safety reporting
  • Assisting with safety and security processes including reporting noncompliance, communicating HSE and emergency information and coordinating subcontractor activity
  • Providing administrative support to regional projects as needed
