About The Position

EMS is currently seeking highly motivated Territory Representatives to support our sales operations in the Pittsburg, PA markets. This full-time role is structured as a developmental position aimed at preparing individuals for future promotion to an Outside Sales Representative. It offers hands-on training, mentorship, and direct exposure to key customer relationships.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, the Cincinnati or Cleveland area

Responsibilities

Support the assigned Outside Sales Representative in managing and growing the territory.
Call on C-, D-, and E-ranked customers, dormant accounts, and qualified prospects.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and value proposition.
Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Participate in sales training, coaching sessions, and regular performance check-ins.
Track activities, opportunities, and account progress using CRM tools.
