About The Position

The Facilities Administrative Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Facilities Management function. This role ensures the efficient coordination of facility services through accurate record-keeping, vendor communication, service request tracking, and internal coordination. The position supports timely responses to building needs and contributes to the smooth day-to-day operation at CMI's customer site in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records related to facility operations, work orders, and service documentation
  • Track and manage Service Request System (SRS) entries and updates, including integration with Maximo
  • Coordinate communication with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Support scheduling, follow-ups, and status reporting for maintenance and facility service requests
  • Assist facilities leadership with administrative coordination and reporting as required
  • Ensure timely processing and closure of service requests to support operational efficiency
