WE LOVE OUR WORK. Maintains and repairs a wide variety of complex building facilities and systems. Analyzes, troubleshoots, and performs repairs of complex building systems working from maintenance manuals, blueprints, work orders, and instructions. This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and team members. Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs a wide variety of equipment. Tests and tears down equipment and replaces defective parts and component units such as motors, clutches, belts, hoses, or controls. Performs scheduled preventative maintenance activities, checks equipment function and operation, and recommends required maintenance action. Performs repair carpentry, plumbing, painting, flooring, electrical, and roofing duties. Monitors Boiler Room equipment. Assists in training departmental team members. Installs or assists in the installation or relocation of equipment. Operates snow plow and spreads salt as needed. Other duties as assigned. BRING US YOUR BEST.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 4–5 years of Building Engineering experience is preferred.
• Must understand and speak the English language.
• Must have a valid illinois Driver's License.
• This position is required to drive a company vehicle and adhere to the company MVR policy.
