Requirements

1+ years of experience as a Metal Fabrication Lead (or similar role).
Hands-on experience with welding, robotic welding, press brakes, laser cutting, and other fabrication equipment.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on team building.
Knowledge of ERP systems and performance metrics.
A knack for problem-solving and improving production processes.
A detail-oriented approach, ensuring top-tier quality in all aspects of production.

Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor a team across laser cutting, deburring, bending and welding.
Manage production flow to ensure optimal inventory levels and on-time deliveries.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report to management, troubleshooting production or quality challenges as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe workplace and enforce OSHA standards.
Train team members to meet production goals and deliver high-quality output.
Optimize production processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with various departments to execute the production schedule and ensure smooth operations.
