About The Position

Fabrication Line Operations Coordinator (Spanish/English) Join us to elevate third‑shift performance in a high‑mix HVAC sheet metal operation. You’ll coordinate people, parts, and processes—switching fluidly between English and Spanish—to meet nightly targets for safety, quality, accuracy, and production. How you’ll make a difference In this role, you will: Lead a team of operators and assemblers, setting clear goals and aligning work to production priorities. Drive schedule attainment by expediting work orders across the manufacturing process and removing roadblocks. Continuously monitor process flow, enforce safety, and uphold quality requirements. Inspect equipment routinely; coordinate troubleshooting with Maintenance and Engineering to resolve technical issues quickly. Train and develop both new and experienced team members on procedures, techniques, and equipment. Keep precise records—quantities, downtime, and material usage—and ensure accurate reporting in ERP systems. Collaborate with Quality Control and Logistics to ensure smooth handoffs and on‑time delivery. Recommend and implement improvements that reduce scrap and rework while maximizing resources.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher in manufacturing, engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills (required).
  • Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
  • Understanding of production processes, planning, and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with production scheduling software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Strong leadership and people skills; clear communicator and team motivator.
  • Quick, practical problem‑solving in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure with strong attention to detail and quality.
