The F135 Sustainment Data Management and Analytics (SDMA) organization supports Sustainment contracts for the F135 engine which powers the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter and has a rare opportunity for entry-level position into a highly skilled data professional team in support of F135 depot part inductions. This position of F135 Fleet Data Management Customer Data Analyst will support the full-history reconciliation of accurate propulsion system data into the Pratt and Whitney Fleet and Inventory Management Systems. Working cross-functionally within F135 Sustainment and in partnership with field service personnel and maintenance management groups is critical to team success. What You Will Do As the F135 Fleet Data Management Customer Data Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that data is aligned across multiple platforms and that transactional data in the system of record reflects all available content. You will be responsible for performing data quality reviews of the fleet status vs. maintenance task limits, review individual assets when exception handling is required, and coordinate resources for and actively execute reconciliation of the data. You will be a key contributor to the concept of accurate data representing the quality documentation for key military engine hardware. Safety, Data Quality, and enabling the Customer to Defend Freedom are your key deliverables. Monitor lifing reports for late or missed tasks and monitor Electronic Equipment Logbook (EEL) deliveries from LDM to P&W for exception handling requirements. Identify areas for automation within our systems, processes, and tools and assist with development of new processes and tools that improve the way we perform tasks. Ensure proactive availability of reconciled lifing data for Module and LRU repair value streams. Perform data quality checks/corrections when returned EEL data fails as well as perform data quality reviews for depot inductions, pre-test configuration and post-test usage updates. Execute and deliver data quality metrics as required as well as Attend depot level meetings/working groups/capacity reviews as needed. Perform other data quality reviews as assigned.
