About The Position

Hansel Ford of Napa is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our amazing team! The Finance Manager position compensation, with benchmark performance, expected range is from $150,000 to $200,000.00+. Pay Defined: The Finance Manger position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include a Base salary of $3000.00 mo. The position may also pay a bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any fixed upper limit. Requirements

Calculate figures and finances
Experience selling new and used vehicles
Engage customers early in the sale
Hands-on Experience in Finance at an Auto Dealership
Strong communication skills
Broad range of product knowledge
Pass a criminal background screening
Pass a drug test

Follow a comprehensive menu selling process to help maximize the finance department's overall profitability and product penetration
Work well within a team environment
Ensure the timely flow of Finance Department documentation
Ensure efficient and accurate turnaround on deals
Supporting Sales Department goals
Develop and maintain successful relationships with lenders
