About The Position

Join the Mile High Flea Market team, Denver’s favorite flea market for over 40 years. We are looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to support our concessions operations and help create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every guest.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and being part of a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Position Summary

As a Concessions Team Member, you will play a key role in daily stand operations by providing excellent customer service, preparing food, and supporting overall efficiency. You may work in a variety of roles including cashiering, food preparation, order fulfillment, and general stand support depending on business needs.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors
• Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) required
• TIPS Certification required
• Reliable and dependable
• Willingness to learn and take on multiple responsibilities

Nice To Haves

• Food Handler Certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Previous food service experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Handle cash and process transactions
• Prepare and serve food in a timely manner
• Support food order preparation and ensure accuracy of orders
• Maintain cleanliness, including dishwashing and sanitation tasks
• Replenish supplies and keep workstations stocked
• Provide stand support wherever needed during shifts
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
• Upsell menu items and promote combo meals when appropriate
• Deliver a positive guest experience through strong customer engagement
• Perform additional duties as assigned
