About The Position

As the Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will assist the outlet management team with the entire operation and financial aspect of the restaurant. Duties Support the F&B outlet management team to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. Foster a lively and welcoming dining atmosphere for guests. Drive sales growth year-over-year while minimizing service-related complaints. Implement training programs for team members to enhance performance. Manage scheduling for all service-related team members to ensure operational efficiency. Enforce company and departmental grooming standards among team members. Participate in the company’s monthly Goals & Measurements Program. Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises team members in the location. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training and coaching team members. Planning, assigning, and directing work. Assisting in appraising performance and rewarding team members. Addressing complaints and resolving problems. Requirements

  • ABC Certification required within 30 days of Hire, must be maintained on a current/valid status.
  • Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol.
  • High school diploma or general education degree GED.
  • The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Follow instructions without close supervision.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
