About The Position

As the Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will assist the outlet management team with the entire operation and financial aspect of the restaurant.

Requirements

• ABC Certification required within 30 days of Hire, must be maintained on a current/valid status.
• Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol.
• High school diploma or general education degree GED.
• The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Follow instructions without close supervision.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support the F&B outlet management team to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Foster a lively and welcoming dining atmosphere for guests.
• Drive sales growth year-over-year while minimizing service-related complaints.
• Implement training programs for team members to enhance performance.
• Manage scheduling for all service-related team members to ensure operational efficiency.
• Enforce company and departmental grooming standards among team members.
• Participate in the company’s monthly Goals & Measurements Program.
