About The Position

The Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak is seeking a Full Time F&B Supervisor to join their team at both the River Ranch and Hole in the Wall Restaurant. This role involves ensuring the smooth daily operations of food and beverage services across both outlets, maintaining excellent customer service, upholding quality and safety standards, and supporting staff management to deliver an enjoyable dining experience. The supervisor is expected to handle tasks in a friendly, courteous, timely, and professional manner to achieve high guest satisfaction. The position includes PM shifts, weekends, and holidays. Requirements

  • Must have the ability to communicate in English.
  • Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
  • Can communicate well with guests.
  • Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player.
  • Ability to use point of sale.
  • Ability to lift/carry weight up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to push/and pull carts of products weighing up to 150 pounds.
  • Adhere to the hotel security policies and procedures, particularly regarding key controls, lifting heavy objects, using chemicals, and effectively reporting safety hazards and safety concerns.
  • Be adaptable to change in your work area and in hotel procedures.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and/or improve existing ones.
  • Ability to solve routine problems that occur on the job and ask for help whenever you are not sure how to do something.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all the daily operations of food and beverage services across both the Resort Restaurant and River Ranch Park run smoothly.
  • Ensure excellent customer service.
  • Maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Support staff management to deliver a seamless and enjoyable dining experience across all outlets.
  • Handle tasks in a friendly, courteous, timely, and professional manner resulting in an extremely high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Assist Recreation Manager and Restaurant Managers with all phases of the Hole in the Wall Restaurant and River Ranch Park of food and beverage operations.
  • Maintain inventories of equipment, amenities, chemicals and other supplies to ensure the items are in stock and reorder in a timely manner.
  • Coach, counsel and discipline staff, when appropriate, to ensure standards are met and assign staff to additional training when needed.
  • Consult with Property Operations regarding projects or general maintenance of public areas.
  • Perform line employees job functions as needed under high volume and emergency situations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the River Ranch manager, such as implementing procedures and operating plans.
