About The Position

Join the Anakeesta team as a Food & Beverage Stocker, where you’ll play a key role in supporting our food and beverage operations by ensuring ingredients, supplies, and prepared items are organized, stocked, and ready for our dining venues. You’ll help maintain the efficiency, safety, and cleanliness of the commissary while supporting kitchen and F&B teams.

Requirements

• Knowledge of food handling, storage, and sanitation standards.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in hot or refrigerated environments.
• Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.

Nice To Haves

• Previous food service, kitchen, or inventory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming food and beverage supplies.
• Prepare and portion ingredients for use in dining outlets.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Ensure all storage areas are clean, organized, and comply with food safety regulations.
• Assist in preparing prepped items for daily service across multiple dining locations.
• Rotate stock according to first-in, first-out (FIFO) principles.
• Operate equipment safely, including mixers, slicers, and refrigeration units.
• Support kitchen and F&B staff with special orders or event preparation.
• Follow all sanitation, food safety, and safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned to maintain smooth commissary operations.
