About The Position

The Purchasing and Receiving Clerk is responsible for checking in all incoming products. This person is also responsible for ordering, purchasing for different departments as well as scheduling and payroll for the culinary department. This person must be able to lift a moderate weight and must have good communication skills to be able to coordinate well with all the departments within the hotel.
