The Food & Beverage Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Marketplace Food Court. This position plays a key leadership role in ensuring a dynamic, guest-focused, and profitable food and beverage environment. The Operations Manager, working closely with the Director of restaurants provides direction, training, and support to the Managers and Supervisors, ensuring all outlets operate efficiently, maintain high standards of service and quality. Responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, maintaining operational consistency, driving guest satisfaction, and supporting strategic food and beverage initiatives established by the Director of F&B.
