About The Position

We are seeking an F&B Stewarding Manager who will be responsible for assisting the Executive Sous Chef in the planning, directing, coordinating stewarding operations, including Kitchen sanitation, equipment management, and the overall efficiency of back-of-house support across all kitchens and banquet operations. • Work for an award-winning luxury hotel group• Learn and grow within a diverse multi-outlet property• Exceptional benefits package

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environment
  • An open and flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • Organization skills including time management and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all back-of-house operations to ensure cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in support of culinary and service teams
  • Manage stewarding staff, maintain sanitation standards, optimize inventory of kitchen equipment, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage scheduling, labor costs, and operational budgets for the stewarding department
