About The Position

Mixes and serves drinks to guests and cocktail servers. Sets-up and breaks down bar service during normal shift. Makes cash transactions.

Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:

Mixes and serves drinks to guests
Mixes drinks for cocktail serves
Check and stock supplies during shift
Provide excellent guest service
Makes cash transactions, keeps daily log and reports

Secondary Functions:

Keeps bar clean and neat
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year of bartending
• TIPS training, Health Card
• Food Handler's Card within 30 days (Tribal Health Card OK)
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work in a busy atmosphere
• Cash transaction experience
• Good problem solving skills
• High school diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

• One (1) year of supervisory experience helpful.
