Position Summary The Assistant Concessions Stand Lead supports the Stand Lead in overseeing daily operations of a food concession stand. This role helps ensure high-quality food service, excellent guest experiences, and compliance with all safety and operational standards. You will assist with team leadership, training, and execution while stepping into a leadership role as needed. Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Previous food service or hospitality experience required
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Flexible schedule with full weekend and holiday availability required
  • TIPS Certification (required or willingness to obtain)
  • Food Handler Certification (required or willingness to obtain)
  • Driver’s License required for driving company carts
  • Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to follow processes, recipes, and operational standards

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience supporting a lead or supervisor in a food service or hospitality setting preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the Stand Lead in daily operations of the concession stand
  • Assist with training, coaching, and supporting team members
  • Help ensure the stand is fully operational and ready for service
  • Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
  • Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
  • Provide excellent guest service and resolve issues as they arise
  • Assist with scheduling and ensuring proper staffing levels
  • Monitor inventory and assist with stocking and preparation
  • Maintain cleanliness of the stand and surrounding areas
  • Step into leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Stand Lead
  • Perform other duties assigned
