About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Food and Beverage Manager to support daily food and beverage operations at Petit Ermitage, a private, bohemian-inspired hotel known for its intimate atmosphere and elevated guest experience. This role is ideal for an emerging hospitality leader ready to take the next step into management and grow within a boutique hotel environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and eager to learn. You will work closely with senior leadership to support service execution, team coordination, and operational standards across our food and beverage outlets.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory or lead experience in food and beverage required
- Hotel or boutique hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Hands-on, service-driven approach
- Willingness to learn operational and financial aspects of management
- Experience with POS systems preferred
- Knowledge of basic labor and service compliance standards
- Professional demeanor and team-focused mindset
Responsibilities
- Support daily food and beverage operations across all outlets
- Assist with supervising servers, bartenders, runners, and bussers
- Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and guest experience expectations are met
- Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and daily staffing needs
- Support opening and closing procedures and floor supervision
- Handle guest concerns professionally with guidance from senior leadership
- Assist with inventory tracking, ordering, and receiving
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- Participate in training, onboarding, and performance coaching
- Lead by example and support a positive, respectful team culture
