About The Position

This Quality Engineer Position supports the F-35 Program Quality team in meeting program objectives and interfacing with customers. Requirements

Bachelors degree required to apply
Experience in performing root cause and corrective action
Customer interface experience
Project management skills
Experience working in a production environment
Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance, per business requirements

Nice To Haves

5+ years of professional experience
Able to effectively navigate complex product and process-related requirements to validate nonconformances and develop corrective actions in coordination with cross-functional colleagues & customers
F-35 product knowledge/build area experience
Familiarity with F-35 systems to include SFM, Apriso, LTII, etc.
Black Belt / Green Belt / White Belt / PDCA
High energy, self-starting, team player who achieves goals
Excellent interpersonal skills needed for collaboration, communication, and presentations
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization and with customers
Experience in programming/data visualization using Tableau, Python, VBA or similar programs
