F-15 Manufacturing Engineer (Experienced or Senior) Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) team is seeking Manufacturing Engineers (Senior or Experienced level) located in Berkeley, MO. Position Overview: We are looking for Experienced Manufacturing Engineers, with expertise in airplane subsystems, production readiness and composite fabrication. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient production of our world-class aerospace products, including advanced platforms for our Fighter Jet programs. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
• 5+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelors Degree OR an equivalent combination of work-related experience and technical education.
• This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment.
• An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
• This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice To Haves

• (Level 4) 9+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelors Degree OR an equivalent combination of work-related experience and technical education.
• B.S. or higher in Aerospace, Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• Composite Fabrication experience
• Experience supporting defense and/or aerospace customers
• Experience with 3D model-based instruction
• Experience with any of the following: IVT, CREO, CATIA, MES, Gold, PrimeR, Aurora, VisVSA, DELMIA, VisMockup, ProModel, FlexSim, 3D Printed Parts, Moonshine Shop, Maker Space, ImDev, ICIDO, Multi- Monitor Collaborative Rooms
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution System Common Image (MESci)
• Experience reviewing and approving other engineers’ work (installation plans, tool orders, line stock checks, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes for air vehicle subsystems.
• Ensure production readiness by identifying and mitigating risks, optimizing workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Support operations by streamlining processes, improving quality, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.
• Utilize data analysis and engineering principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in design reviews and provide input on manufacturability and assembly considerations.
