About The Position

Extrusion Manufacturing Manager, Blown Film Do you thrive in a 24/7 production environment, balancing people, process, and performance? Join us to lead our blown film extrusion department and deliver safe, reliable, high-quality output. Why this role? End-to-end ownership of a high-volume extrusion area. What you will do Drive safety and quality results at or above company standards. Hit production targets consistently across a continuous, multi-shift operation. Lead and manage all shifts: daily coaching, oversight, troubleshooting, training, performance reviews, and timely feedback to achieve safety, waste, quality, and productivity goals. Forecast and manage material usage; optimize off-set materials; control production output, labor cost, scrap, and changeover time. Manage departmental operating costs and budget adherence. Be accountable for all extrusion personnel and equipment in the facility. Build effective relationships with customers and suppliers. Partner closely with corporate materials management and supply management to ensure proper material management and processing. What you bring B.S. in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering preferred. Experience in blown film extrusion. Strong commitment to a safe work environment. Experience leading in fast-paced manufacturing with multiple shifts and teams. History of achieving production goals. Technical strength with proven troubleshooting and problem-solving ability. Experience mentoring and coaching shift leaders and production employees. Bonus points Blow Molding Experience Scope and schedule This is a leadership role in a 24/7 high-volume production environment with full departmental accountability.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering preferred.
  • Experience in blown film extrusion.
