Extruder Helper - Night Shift
About The Position
C-P Flexible Packaging is now hiring NIGHT SHIFT - Extruder Helpers Pay starting at $20/hr 12-hour Night Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Saturday Hours: 6pm-6am WHO WE ARE: C-P Flexible Packaging is one of the top 25 flexible packaging companies in the U.S! WHAT YOU GET: Up-to 96 Paid Vacation hours 10 Paid Holidays per year Shoe Reimbursement after 90 days Other Benefits: On the bus route (Rabbit Transit - 6N) Spot Awards Medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage 401(k) plan with generous company match Company-paid life and AD&D insurance, and short-term disability coverage Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Job Functions & Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Assist the operator in performing set-ups and operation of machine Complete tasks within adequate time limits, meet daily goal/scheduled needs Perform quality checks and ensure correct specifications Making necessary adjustments to equipment Loading and unloading of product using hoist Interpret and understand written information (work orders, SOP, tickets, etc.) Completing required paperwork Keeping work and surrounding areas clean and safe Work in a team environment Forklift experience Qualifications: Mechanical aptitude Problem solving Following instructions Basic computer skills Communicating in a clear manner Ability to read and understand a tape measure Physical Demands: Able to lift, push, pull to 50-80 lbs. Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time Bending, reaching, twisting, and climbing ladders Ability to work with high temperature materials Ability to work with chemicals for cleaning 12 hour shifts
