Painting Field Technician to work with our premium Tex-Cote® lifetime exterior coating system. This role offers stability, growth, and the opportunity to use your skills in a more structured, less labor-intensive way.

Requirements

• 7-10 years exterior painting experience preferred
• Lead Certification is preferred or willing to obtain
• Knowledge of stucco and exterior coatings
• Basic math skills required
• Valid driver’s license with clean record for use of company vehicle
• Ability to pass a background and drug screening
• Comfortable with heights and lifting up to 90 lbs
• Customer service and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Measure homes and calculate square footage
• Review project scope with homeowners
• Perform touch-ups, repairs, and service work
• Handle stucco repairs and minor exterior fixes
• Ensure accurate job documentation and customer satisfaction
• Use iPad/CRM for project tracking
