About The Position

As an Exterior Takeoff Specialist, you will be compiling an accurate material list on siding, soffit, roofing, and decking for clients using computer software (this is an office based role). Requirements

• Must be detail oriented, organized with strong computer skills.
• Must be a team player
• Must possess the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Must have high Communication - this is required at all times!

Nice To Haves

• Understand Roofing, Siding, Soffit, and Decking.
• Interpret project plans to accurately and efficiently quote projects.
• Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
