About The Position

CAPITAL is looking for a detail-driven, highly organized Extended Warranty Administrator to support our busy service team! If you love keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, thrive on accuracy, and enjoy partnering with both internal teams and insurance companies, this role is for you. What You’ll Be Doing: Reviewing and processing warranty claims in alignment with insurance company guidelines Ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time Communicating with insurance companies to resolve claim questions or discrepancies Collaborating with service advisors to gather repair details and warranty coverage info Preparing for and participating in insurance company warranty audits Addressing audit findings and implementing corrective solutions Supporting the service team with additional administrative tasks as needed What We’re Looking for: Previous experience in automotive warranty administration (preferred) Familiarity with various insurance company warranty processes (a plus!)
