About The Position

We are currently seeking a dedicated Express Technician to join our team in Athens, OH. The Express Technician is responsible for performing lube, oil, filter, and multi-point vehicle services. This role offers an excellent opportunity to advance toward becoming a certified Toyota Technician through ongoing training and hands-on experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is recommended but not required.
Valid driver's license and motor vehicle record that meets company policy.
Ability to perform work in a shop environment with exposure to noise, dust, and chemicals.
Capability to lift up to 100 pounds.
Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, talk, hear, and use hands for operating tools and equipment.
Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch.
Required vision includes close, distance, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Must operate equipment and move vehicles safely at all times.

Responsibilities

Perform oil changes, lubrication, filter replacements, and multi-point inspections on customer vehicles.
Assess and identify any additional vehicle service needs and communicate findings clearly.
Maintain high standards of quality and ensure all services meet company and manufacturer guidelines.
Keep vehicles clean during servicing and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Comply with all Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations.
Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional customer service to ensure high satisfaction.
Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude at all times.
Adhere to company policies and safety procedures to promote a safe workplace.
Support other job duties as assigned by management.
