The Express Technician will perform essential vehicle maintenance services including lube, oil, filter changes, and multipoint inspections. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is recommended but not required.
Minimum of one year experience as a technician's assistant or apprentice.
Valid driver's license and a Motor Vehicle Record in compliance with company policy.
Local state inspection license preferred.
Ability to work in a shop environment exposed to noise, dust, odors, fumes, chemicals, and adhesives.
Capable of lifting at least 100 pounds.
Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate tools and controls.
Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch.
Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Must safely operate equipment and move vehicles within the work environment.
Demonstrates ethical behavior and supports team cohesion.
Adheres to company standards, state and federal laws, and product pricing guidelines.
Provides excellent service efficiently and fairly.

Responsibilities

Perform lube, oil, filter, and multi-point service to ensure accurate vehicle diagnoses and optimal performance.
Identify and communicate any additional necessary vehicle repairs or services to management.
Deliver consistent, high-quality services and maintain clean vehicles throughout servicing.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment while complying with OSHA and EPA regulations.
Provide excellent customer service through prompt communication and accurate service delivery.
Support and train other employees to promote team success.
Exemplify professionalism, integrity, and positive attitude in all interactions and duties.
Adhere strictly to dealership policies, ethical standards, and safety protocols.
