About The Position

Victory Honda of San Bruno is part of the Victory Automotive Group, a family-owned and operated company since 1997 with over 50 locations nationwide. We are committed to providing exceptional service to our customers and fostering a positive work environment for our employees. We are seeking a motivated Express Technician to join our team. This role involves servicing vehicles quickly and accurately in our Express Lane. Tasks include rotating tires, performing multi-point inspections, and changing automotive fluids while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong physical dexterity and stamina, including the ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects
Professional, dependable, and safety-oriented
Excellent communication skills
Basic computer and internet skills
Ability to follow instructions and work productively in a fast-paced team environment
Professional appearance and work ethic

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of automotive servicing or repair is a plus

Responsibilities

Perform fluid checks and maintenance including oil, tire pressure, filters, windshield wiper fluid, power steering fluid, brake fluid, transmission and differential fluids, and engine coolant.
Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during service and repairs.
Complete all required documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Help maintain shop appearance, safety standards, and efficiency by performing inventory stocking and other general tasks.
Follow all shop policies, procedures, safety regulations, and environmental rules.
Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
