Capitol Toyota has an immediate need for an Express Technician Lead to join their professional team of technicians. This position is responsible for overseeing daily Express Maintenance operations to ensure fast, accurate, and Toyota standard service execution. The role involves leading the team, driving throughput, enforcing process discipline, and directly supporting goals by reducing excessive wait times and improving communication flow. The Express Technician Lead serves as the single point of contact for the Express team, ensuring consistent coordination and timely completion of services, including video MPIs within quarter time expectations.
