About The Position

Capitol Toyota has an immediate need for an Express Technician Lead to join their professional team of technicians. This position is responsible for overseeing daily Express Maintenance operations to ensure fast, accurate, and Toyota standard service execution. The role involves leading the team, driving throughput, enforcing process discipline, and directly supporting goals by reducing excessive wait times and improving communication flow. The Express Technician Lead serves as the single point of contact for the Express team, ensuring consistent coordination and timely completion of services, including video MPIs within quarter time expectations. Requirements

  • At least one year of experience managing a team of express technicians
  • At least 2 years of experience as an express technician
  • A working knowledge of shop equipment and diagnostic equipment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A high level of motivation for customer satisfaction, quality workmanship, team building – all with a customer focused attitude
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license
