About The Position

7:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday No Evenings or Weekends Ever! Fully Climate Controlled Shop Don Hattan Ford is booked for repairs and looking to grow! We are looking for an experienced, friendly, motivated person to fill our Express Service Advisor Position. Primary duties include scheduling appointments, checking in vehicles, and recommending maintenance and repairs. This is an entry-level Service Advisor position, and is best suited to someone who has previous customer service experience . We offer an incredible work/life balance with paid holidays and no weekends . Our primary focus is providing exceptional customer care. You will be a front and center representative of our company. Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly
Obtain customer and vehicle information
Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
Determine and recommend maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
Explain all completed work and charges to customers
