The Express Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing lube, oil, filter, and multi-point service inspections on customer vehicles. This role ensures excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is recommended but not required.
At least one year of experience as a technician's assistant or apprentice.
Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) according to company policy.
Ability to work in a shop setting with exposure to noise, dust, odors, fumes, chemicals, and adhesives.
Capability to lift up to 100 pounds regularly.
Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to handle tools and equipment.
Safe operation of equipment and vehicle movement in the workplace.
Demonstrates ethical behavior and teamwork.
Adheres to company standards, laws, and regulations.
Provides excellent service through efficient and fair processes.
Maintains professionalism and avoids conflicts of interest.
Communicates clearly and professionally.

Nice To Haves

Local state inspection license preferred.
Occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching as needed.
Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

Perform all lube, oil, filter, and multi-point inspection procedures accurately and efficiently.
Identify additional vehicle service needs and communicate them to management and customers.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness during servicing.
Ensure high-quality service and notify management of any substandard parts or processes.
Follow all OSHA and EPA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Support team members by sharing knowledge and promoting a positive workplace.
Demonstrate professional conduct including excellent attendance, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
Carry out any additional duties as assigned by management.
