About The Position

As a Express Maintenance Service Advisor, you will be a very important part of the customer experience in the express service lane. You are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in all vehicle maintenance, selling, and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners in the express lane to explaining the maintenance repair process, our Express Maintenance Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others in a friendly fast-paced environment. We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry but with previous roles in customer service, retail sales, restaurant industry or hospitality. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a fast-paced team to ensure that all customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
  • Greet customers immediately upon coming into the service department.
  • Perform customer requested maintenance.
  • Present any additional services recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Help identify the benefits and value of proper maintenance.
  • Use your great communication skills to explain repairs.
  • Present estimates for customer approval.
  • Efficiently distribute tasks and work to ensure efficient use of time.
  • Other tasks as requested from a supervisor or manager.
