As a Service / Express Advisor, you’ll be the trusted guide for our customers throughout the service process—ensuring clear communication, smooth repairs, and an exceptional experience.

Requirements

• Previous Service Advisor or Express Advisor experience preferred but not required
• Automotive technician experience is a plus
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic mechanical understanding and a desire to continue learning
• Team-oriented attitude—you enjoy collaborating with technicians and advisors
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Nice To Haves

• Previous Service Advisor or Express Advisor experience preferred but not required
• Automotive technician experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess vehicle performance concerns or service requests
• Write repair orders and develop clear, accurate service estimates
• Act as the liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring needs and recommendations are clearly communicated
• Partner with technicians to explain inspection results, maintenance, and repair needs in a customer-friendly way
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage when applicable
• Communicate service updates, completion times, and pricing transparently
• Recommend additional maintenance or repairs based on vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate customer and service records in dealership systems
• Keep customers informed of service specials and value-added offerings
