The Express Service Advisor is responsible for ensuring an exemplary experience for express service customers by providing a prompt and friendly greeting, listening to customer needs, preparing accurate repair orders, and communicating clearly in a fast-paced environment. The Express Service Advisor serves as a liaison between the customer and technician, ensuring service needs are understood by the technician and recommended maintenance and services are clearly explained to the customer.
