About The Position
South Tacoma Honda is hiring Express/Lube Technicians for immediate openings in their busy service department. This role is an important part of a tight-knit, tenured service team that values teamwork, efficiency, and quality workmanship. The technician will perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and basic inspections to help keep customers' vehicles running safely and smoothly while building valuable technical skills. This position offers a great opportunity for someone with prior automotive experience who is eager to learn, dependable, and looking to grow in a fast-paced environment where contributions are noticed and skills are developed, supporting the success of the entire dealership.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Attention-to-Detail
- Willingness to Learn
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license
- A clean driving record
- Be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Responsibilities
- Changing oil
- Performing light express vehicle maintenance
- Assisting the service department and technicians as needed
