The Express Lane Technician is responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance services including lube, oil, filter changes, and multi-point inspections. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
At least one year of experience as a technician's assistant or apprentice preferred.
Valid driver's license with a Motor Vehicle Record that meets company policy.
Local state inspection license preferred.
Ability to work in a shop environment with exposure to noise, dust, fumes, chemicals, and adhesives.
Capability to lift up to 100 pounds.
Perform physical activities such as sitting, standing, bending, reaching, talking, hearing, and handling tools or controls.
Occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
Use of close, distance, and peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

Perform lube, oil, and filter changes along with thorough multi-point inspections.
Accurately diagnose vehicle maintenance needs and communicate any additional recommendations to management.
Provide timely and clear communication with customers and team members to ensure high service standards.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of vehicles during service and keep the work area organized.
Follow OSHA and EPA safety regulations consistently.
Support teammates by sharing knowledge and fostering a positive work culture.
Complete other duties as assigned by management.
