POSITION SUMMARY

The Express Lane Technician is responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance and basic automotive services efficiently and accurately while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous automotive or lube technician experience preferred, but not required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good attendance and reliability
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Nice To Haves

• Previous automotive or lube technician experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections
• Check and top off fluids
• Replace air filters, wiper blades, and light bulbs
• Inspect tires, brakes, batteries, and other basic vehicle components
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
• Communicate findings clearly with service advisors and management
• Assist with additional basic maintenance services as needed
