About The Position

Sells and schedules needed express service work in the service department.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Promptly and professionally greet clients on the drive for express maintenance
• Obtain client and vehicle information
• Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate for the work being performed
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update clients frequently
• Explain the repair process, review the inspection results after the oil change has been completed while providing an active delivery (review of services performed) of the finished vehicle.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction standards.
