About The Position

PrimeSource Building Products Inc., one of the nation's largest wholesale distributors of building supply products, has an immediate opportunity for an Export Project Coordinator in our Medley Florida facility, in support for PrimeSource's Export Department.   This Export Project Coordinator role will provide support for PrimeSource Export Inside/Outside Sales function. Some responsibilities include the following:

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three years of sales or telemarketing experience preferred/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong PC skills including Windows, MS office suite
  • CRM Systems
  • Company Reporting Software
  • SAP preferred
  • Proficient with SAP and SalesForce.com to ensure order accuracy and fast customer response times.
  • Ability to learn new technology quickly
  • Excellent verbal, written communication
  • Ability to commute/relocate: Medley, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Provides proper support documentation that aligns product, pricing and contents for PS Export Team
  • For export shipments, schedule, check in and release of containers/flat beds to freight forwarders.
  • Prepares/executes proper paperwork that is country specific to eliminate PS/Customer liability such as free trade agreements, certificates of origin, and similar.
  • Manages process of obtaining affidavits of qualification from suppliers and issuing to customers certificates of origin for applicable free trade agreements.
  • Works with Trade Compliance on ensuring that all export documentation is complete.
  • Enters Export orders ensuring 99.9% order accuracy.
  • Enters RMA's into system and coordinates with ops to determine if return is necessary
  • Enters Credits into system and coordinates with ops to determine if credit is warranted.
  • Engages customers via various communication vehicles such as; email, email solicitations, Teams, etc.
  • Assists IS/OS with profitable sales expansion through product recommendations to fully cube containers.
  • Responsible for customer communication as it relates to route changes.
  • Responsible for utilization of salesforce.com to document calls.
  • Completes daily work tasks diligently and efficiently.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management to address and provide effective support of company mission, values and goals.
