About The Position
Classify product and test chip variants under EAR/ECCN framework Manage BIS license applications, WTEC calculations, and deemed export authorizations Build and maintain automated classification tool. Requirements
- 5+ years export control experience in semiconductor, hardware, or technology industry
- Deep knowledge of EAR regulations, ECCN classifications, and BIS licensing procedures
- Experience with deemed export controls and international technology transfer
- Proven ability to automate manual processes (Excel, databases, workflow tools)
- BS/BA degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field
- Direct experience classifying hardware, software, and technical data under EAR
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with supply chain export controls
- Certified Export Compliance Professional (CECP) or similar certification
