About The Position
Oliver Hospitality is a Nashville-based hotel and restaurant management company founded on the idea that old and new properties alike could be reworked into engaging and thoughtful spaces. Oliver Hospitality aligns its mindset to deliver unique experiences at each of its concepts. We are seeking an Expediter to ensure smooth communication between the kitchen and service team, supporting timely and accurate food delivery.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stay calm and organized during busy service periods
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
- Able to stand and move for extended periods
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize food orders as they leave the kitchen
- Ensure dishes are complete, properly plated, and meet presentation standards
- Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff to maintain efficient flow
- Prioritize and manage multiple orders in a fast-paced environment
- Assist with running food to tables when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo station
