Be the last set of eyes before food hits the table
Control the pace of the kitchen and dining room
Build plates and make sure every guest gets exactly what they ordered
Work directly with cooks and servers to prevent mistakes
Help deliver fast, smooth service during busy shifts
Adhere to safety and sanitation
Plate presentation and spec standards upheld
Mains a clean work environment
Knows the menu
Follows a recipe
Performs daily cleaning lists
Follows proper product rotation and labeling
Follows all health codes

Requirements

• Can lift 20 pounds
• Demonstrates Teamwork
• 1 plus years experience in cooking
• Ability to work in fast paced environment.
