About The Position

As a global leader in the consumer-packaged goods industry, we’re revolutionizing pet food production and its ability to enrich the lives of pets and people everywhere. In 1956, through groundbreaking engineering, we literally reshaped pet care, introducing Dog Chow® as the first extruded dry food. We’re still at it today, with Tidy Cats®, the lightweight cat litter champion of the world and Pro Plan Bright Mind®, a breakthrough formula with enhanced botanical oils shown to promote alertness and mental sharpness in aging dogs. Such leadership requires fresh perspective and forward-thinking, which drives us to push the boundaries of what’s possible in pet care. Within our collaborative environment, you'll have the chance to solve complex problems and identify innovative solutions in the rapidly evolving field of pet nutrition.   As the Thermal Process Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will provide technical leadership and expertise in maintenance systems and asset reliability across manufacturing operations, particularly within our wet food factory network.
