About The Position

The Experiential, Partnerships, & PR Manager is a culture-driven builder who shapes how Momofuku shows up in the world. This person will lead Momofuku’s experiential activations and partnership programs, from developing plans to ensuring moments are communicated effectively through PR and cross-channel storytelling. They also own cross-functional alignment, on-the-ground execution, and the day-to-day PR agency relationship to ensure earned storytelling reflects brand priorities and key moments. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and loves making big ideas feel cohesive and real. Salary Description: $90,000 - $118,000 annually + bonus + company stock options

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in experiential marketing, partnerships or PR within food/beverage CPG.
  • Proven ability to develop experiential and partnership plans and lead cross-functional execution from concept through delivery.
  • Experience overseeing day-to-day PR agency relationships and driving earned storytelling aligned to brand priorities and cultural moments.
  • Strong understanding of how earned media, experiential storytelling, and social content work together to amplify brand moments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, evaluating activation performance, and recommending clear optimizations.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to influence partners and manage multiple workstreams with clarity and accountability.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; proactive, adaptable, solutions-oriented, and able to turn insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Passion for food, culture, and creating hospitality-forward experiences
  • Ability to travel and work on-site for activations (some nights/weekends required)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing agencies or multiple external partners across PR, experiential, production, and partnership workstreams.
  • Familiarity with experiential formats, field sampling programs, mobile activations, or culturally relevant event platforms.
  • Familiarity with influencer, creator, and media ecosystems as they relate to experiential or earned moments.
  • Experience working at a high-growth CPG or consumer brand with fast-evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead experiential plans across events and field sampling recommending strategy, ideal locations, activation formats, and partner/vendor partners.
  • Own the end-to-end planning process, building workbacks, run-of-show documents, and project trackers that guide cross-functional alignment and decision-making.
  • Lead on-site production and execution, proactively identifying risks and solving issues in real time to deliver seamless, high-quality consumer experiences.
  • Guide the development of experiential assets, overseeing sourcing, production, and inventory of signage, collateral, and materials needed for events.
  • Develop and implement framework for evaluating and recommending new partnership opportunities, assessing cultural relevance, strategic fit, and operational feasibility.
  • Develop partnership activation plans, recommending concepts, creative ideas, and activation formats.
  • Lead day-to-day partner relationship management, owning timelines, deliverables, approvals, and alignment across teams.
  • Ensure partnership moments are strategically integrated, collaborating with marketing and creative teams to bring partner stories into broader brand narratives.
  • Lead strategic planning with the PR agency, including briefing them on upcoming initiatives and shaping earned media opportunities tied to key cultural and brand moments
  • Oversee the day-to-day relationship with the PR agency, ensuring strong alignment on priorities, clear communication, timely inputs, and consistent delivery against expectations.
  • Proactively surface PR opportunities connected to experiential activations, cultural moments, product launches, and other key priorities as identified.
  • Provide timely visibility into upcoming initiatives for social, content, and creative teams to support coordinated storytelling and coverage.
  • Maintain a forward-looking view of initiatives, ensuring PR and internal teams have the information needed for proactive planning and alignment.
  • Define KPIs and measurement approaches for experiential, partnership activations and PR programs.
  • Lead development of post-event and post-activation recaps, synthesizing performance, learnings, and recommendations for future programming.
  • Identify process improvements and optimization opportunities, informing how our experiential and partnership playbooks evolve over time.
